3. User Responsibilities & Academic Integrity

Our service is intended as a learning aid and research assistant. You agree to use iStudyChamp in a manner that complies with your educational institution’s academic integrity policies. We do not encourage or support plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty.

• Use our AI insights to better understand complex topics.
• Do not submit AI-generated content as your own work where prohibited.
• Verify all AI-generated information against primary academic sources.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

We offer various subscription tiers to fit your study needs. All payments are processed securely via our Merchant of Record, Razorpay.

• Day Plan ($0.99): Provides 10 solves for a 24-hour period.
• Weekly ($4.99): 10 solves per day, billed weekly.
• Weekly Pro ($5.99): 15 solves per day with advanced research agents.
• Monthly ($9.99): 20 solves per day with priority support.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, AI prompts, and branding associated with iStudyChamp are the exclusive property of iStudyChamp. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the extension for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

iStudyChamp provides AI-generated information for educational reference. We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy of AI responses. We are not liable for any academic consequences, lost grades, or data loss resulting from the use of our service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, attempt to reverse-engineer our software, or use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes.
