Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing iStudyChamp. We aim to provide the best AI academic assistance experience. Please review our refund policy regarding our subscription plans.

1. Digital Goods & Immediate Access

Our services consist of digital goods and immediate access to AI-powered features. Because the value of the service is delivered instantly upon subscription (credits allocated and models enabled), we generally do not offer refunds for payments already processed.

2. Day Plan Policy

For the $0.99 Day Plan, refunds are strictly not available. This plan is designed as a low-cost entry point for immediate needs, and the transaction fees often exceed the refund amount.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription (Weekly or Monthly) at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after you cancel.

4. Technical Failure Exceptions

If you encounter a significant technical issue that prevents you from using the service for more than 48 consecutive hours (and the issue is on our side), please contact support. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund or extend your subscription period.

5. Duplicate Charges

In the rare event of a duplicate charge due to a system error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction upon verification of the error.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage users to contact our support team first for any billing issues. Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension and a permanent ban from our services.
